Lighthouse Communities has several homes throughout Kent County that they are revitalizing. The positive investment and development of these properties will likely stabilize property values of the entire block, bringing vitality and prosperity to our communities. - Bringing in NSP funds to address foreclosures and blight in southeast Grand Rapids

2nd Annual Community Spirit Award

The Community Spirit Awards recognize individuals and organizations for their contributions to their communities throughout Kent County. Lighthouse Communities was very pleased with the response we received last year during the first award ceremony and we would invite you to our 2nd Annual Community Spirit Awards Banquet on March 25, 2010 at San Chez Bistro, 35 W Fulton, 3rd Floor, Grand Rapids. The emcee for the evening is Eva Aguirre Cooper from WoodTV8 and begins at 6:30 pm.
