Alisa White

Alisa has been with Lighthouse Communities, Inc. since February 2007 and provides various levels of support to Housing Services.  Prior to joining the Lighthouse team, Alisa processed loans for Centex Home Equity for two years and worked for a collection agency so she has a full ray of knowledge to help her in my current position.

Here is a general idea of what Alisa does for Lighthouse: processing and underwriting files for the Neighborhood Housing Fund (NHF), Lighthouse's lending arm, as well as maintaining the budget for this program, and counseling current and future homeowners on Homebuyer Education, Foreclosure and Budgeting.  Alisa is also part of the Rental Department where she shows and leases apartments, collects rents and helps tenants who are facing eviction find resources to help keep them in their apartments - and she is the person who would go to court to evict tenants as well.  Alisa supervises the day-to-day operations of the maintenance program for Lighthouse's properties.  Alisa also works as a backup to the Director of Housing Services and the Operations Assistant.  She does some account receivables/payables and orders office supplies for the entire office.  Alisa believes that "Lighthouse is a great place to work and look forward to many years of serving the community in which we live, worship and work."
